Budapest - Opera

Questa è l'Opera di Budapest. Non è molto grande quanto a posti a sedere ma davvero molto bella. Purtroppo non c'era molta luce all'interno (bella scusa eh?) ed alcune foto non sono luminose, però rendono l'idea della bellezza di questo luogo. L'opera fu fatta costruire dall'imperatore d'Austria marito della principessa Sissi che andava spesso a Budapest ad assistere all'opera ma che in realtà andando senza marito non potè mai sedersi nella balconata reale (che sola) perchè così prevedeva il protocollo.

This is the Opera House in Budapest. It is not very big seats wise but very beautiful. Unfortunatly there wasn't much light inside (good excuse eh?) and some pictures are not very ligthfull, but still they can give you an idea of the beauty of this place. It was built by the Emperor of Austria hunsband of Princess Sissi whom went often to Budapest to assist at the Operas but could never seat in the royal balcony because her husband was not there. So it was intended by the protocol.

This is the Danube in a site not too far from Budapest.

Come dice una canzone: "Bella, una parola inventata per lei..."
E' senza dubbio il mio soggetto più bello ed il mio preferito!

A song sings: "Beautiful, a word invented for her..."
Is without doubts my most beautiful and favourite subject!

Roma - Pantheon

Proprio parlando di alterare la realtà attraverso la fotografia ecco un'eccezione. Anche un bambino con una macchina fotografica in mano non riuscirebbe a storpiare la bellezza e la perfezione del Pantheon. E' un vero capolavoro di ingegneria, architettura ed arte. Uno dei miei monumenti preferiti! La parola greca Pantheon vuol dire "il tempio di tutti gli dei". Fu fatto costruire da Marco Vipsanio Agrippa ed era dedicato alla dea Venere ed al dio Marte. Nei secoli è stato adibito a Chiesa ed oggi ospita anche le tombe di due Re d'Italia Umberto I e Vittorio Emanuele I (se non sbaglio!)

Speaking of changing the reality through fotograph here there is an exception. Even a child with a camera could not ruine the beauty and perfection of the Pantheon. It is a real masterpiece of engeneering, architecture and art. One of my favourites monuments! The greek word pantheon means "the temple of all gods". It was build under Marco Vipsanio Agrippa and it was dedicated to the gods Venus and Mars. During the centuries it has been used as a church and today it hosts the graves of two Kings of Italy Umberto I and Vittorio Emanuele I (if I am not wrong!)
